One Little Change

Here's a link to coverage of a bedrock issue for the MacDougal Post, including comments germane to us by Irving himself.

More recent subscribers may not have been directed to the Seeking Alpha website before.  It's a kind of public investor refuge where buy-siders write sometimes worthwhile stuff for perusal by other buy-siders.  There also are authors talking up their own positions, shorts trying to scare us out of whatever's under attack this time, opinions of questionable merit, the kind of fear-mongering one would expect to find in any community of investors, and the occasional sell-sider somehow sneaking his falderal in, but the discriminating mind has no problem sorting through all that to pick out the really useful gems that do come along now and again.  Starting out, Seeking Alpha targeted small investors, but has turned into a magnet for the big boys as well, of late drawing articles from some of the best known names in the public arena, disconcerting as that may be when it's hedge fund managers who are chiming in.

At Seeking Alpha, we 1) subscribe to Dividends & Income and Macro View, both daily emails containing links to maybe two dozen articles each, 2) receive emails pertaining to a bunch of stocks, and 3) follow half a dozen authors who try commendably to keep themselves, and us, current in various fields of particular interest right now.

Sign up, if you haven't done so yet, and check out this outstanding piece on the legislated structural change in morality that has, more than any other single factor, turned Wall Street into an abject pit of depravity run by vile racketeering scum (our words, not the author's):
